    Thank you so much, Natalia. You motivate me AGAIN for walks. I remember when I did the challenge with you, I added walking to our training as you told me, and I was surprised by how I started to enjoy walking. To be honest, I always felt super lazy to do it, but after the walk, I felt so good. Plus, the biggest outcome was that I won that challenge 🏆. Had amazing results.

    I enjoy lifting weights and playing golf. Only way for me to get steps would be to walk the course

      Walking the course is a great way to rack up steps while playing golf! You’ll not only enjoy the game but also get some steady cardio in 🤩Combining that with weightlifting is a solid recipe for fitness and overall health.

    I can tell for sure that walking is conragious👏😁since you started walking- I followed you and put walking in my everyday list of things🚶‍♀️‍➡️👍 thank you Nata for giving the useful "instrument" for staying in a good shape. I will keep walking as long as I can 😁😉
